摘 要:因九鋼4號(hào)高爐3座頂燃式熱風(fēng)爐熱風(fēng)出口及支管經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)發(fā)紅跑風(fēng)的現(xiàn)象,故利用這次大修機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)其進(jìn)行涼爐檢修。通過(guò)制定合理的硅磚熱風(fēng)爐涼爐方案,采用助燃空氣從下部經(jīng)冷風(fēng)管道通風(fēng)冷卻的方式,按照計(jì)劃涼爐曲線降溫實(shí)現(xiàn)了安全順利的涼爐。對(duì)此次涼爐總結(jié)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),為今后硅磚熱風(fēng)爐涼爐及烘爐提供重要參考。

PRACTICE OF QUICK COOLING AND DRYING OF HOT AIR STOVE IN NO. 4 BLAST FURNACE OF JIUGANGL

Abstract:Since the hot air outlets and branch pipes of the three top combustion hot blast furnaces of No. 4 blast furnace in Jiujiang Iron and Steel Works often appear red and blow, the overhaul opportunity was used to conduct cooling furnace maintenance. By formulating a reasonable cooling scheme for silica brick hot blast furnace, adopting the way of ventilation and cooling of combustion supporting air from the lower part through the cold air duct, the safe and smooth cooling of the furnace is achieved according to the planned cooling curve. This paper summarizes the operation experience of this cooling furnace, and provides important reference for cooling and drying of silica brick hot blast furnace in the future.
