RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF QINYE ENERGY-SAVING HOT BLAST VALVE TECHNOLOGY

Abstract:This paper provides an overview of the technical research results of energy-saving hot blast valve in terms of materials and cooling mechanisms, and introduces the application and effect of the products based on the research results in 4 350 m3 blast furnace of TISCO, 4 350 m3 blast furnace of Hyundai Steel Co, 5 050 m3 blast furnace of Zhanjiang Iron&Steel , and 5 500 m3 blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Iron&Steel.

隨著高爐煉鐵技術(shù)在資源利用、高爐長(zhǎng)壽、節(jié)能和環(huán)境保護(hù)等領(lǐng)域的不斷深入發(fā)展,提高設(shè)備效率,降低能耗,減輕污染,加強(qiáng)資源回收利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為了煉鐵設(shè)備發(fā)展的方向。(剩余2128字)
