新中國初期呂振羽論教師思想教育及其啟示

摘 要： 呂振羽在新中國初期創(chuàng)辦黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新型高校過程中，高度重視教師隊伍建設(shè)，依據(jù)當(dāng)時形勢組織開展教師思想教育工作，就教師思想教育的必要性、教師思想教育內(nèi)容、教師思想教育方法等，提出了富有創(chuàng)見意義的系列論述，并積累了豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗，對當(dāng)今時代高校建設(shè)及教師思想教育均具有重要啟示價值。

Abstract：  In the early years of the founding of the new type of universities led by the Party， Lv Zhenyu attached great importance to the construction of teaching staff， organized and carried out teachers’ ideological education according to the situation at that time， put forward creative discussions on the necessity， content， and methods of teachers’ ideological education， and accumulated rich practical experience. It provides important enlightenment to the construction of colleges and universities and the ideological education of teachers in the modern times.
