摘要：X射線電纜偏心儀能夠有效提高電纜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，提升生產(chǎn)效率，但目前沒有一套合理、完善的校準裝置。本設(shè)計研制出一套偏心儀專用的校準裝置，配合偏心儀校準方法，確保偏心儀的準確性，解決電纜生產(chǎn)企業(yè)急需的品控問題，提升企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管控能力和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

Design of X-ray Cable Eccentricity Calibration Device

Abstract： X-ray cable eccentric instrument can effectively improve the quality of cable products and improve production efficiency， but there is currently a lack of a reasonable and complete calibration device. This design aims to develop of a special calibration device for the eccentric instrument， combined with the calibration method of the eccentric instrument， ensures the accuracy of the eccentric instrument， solves the quality control problem urgently needed by cable manufacturers， and improves the production control ability and product quality of the enterprise.

0 引言

X射線電纜偏心儀是一種在線檢測儀器，電纜穿過偏心儀時，能實時快速檢測出電纜的直徑、壁厚、偏心度，再根據(jù)測量數(shù)據(jù)實時調(diào)整生產(chǎn)參數(shù)，能有效提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，廣泛配置在中高壓交聯(lián)電纜的生產(chǎn)線上。（剩余3731字）
