摘要:短路耐受強度是低壓綜合配電箱安全性能的重要指標之一,也是監(jiān)督檢查的重點項目,文中結(jié)合檢驗工作經(jīng)驗和對產(chǎn)品標準的理解,深入分析JP柜的短路耐受強度試驗方法,分析影響該項目不合格的主要因素,并對JP柜中斷路器的選型和短路強度性能改善等方面提出相關(guān)建議。

Technical Analysis of Short-circuit Withstand Strength of Low-voltage Integrated Distribution Box

Abstract: Short-circuit withstand strength is one of the important indicators for evaluating the safety performance of low-voltage integrated distribution box, and it is also a key item of supervision and inspection. This paper, based on the work experience of inspection and the understanding of product standards, delves into the short-circuit withstand strength test method of JP cabinet and analyzes the main factors affecting the disqualification of the project, and puts forward relevant suggestions on the selection of circuit breaker in JP cabinet and the improvement of short-circuit strength performance.

低壓綜合配電箱(以下簡稱“JP柜”)是指安裝于柱上變壓器的低壓出線側(cè),由低壓開關(guān)設(shè)備、無功補償調(diào)節(jié)裝置、電能表、避雷器等元件組成的低壓成套設(shè)備,可以實現(xiàn)配電、安全保護、無功補償、計量等多種功能。(剩余3393字)
