軌道車輛用膠粘劑主客觀氣味評價分析

摘 要：以軌道車輛常用的氯丁膠、聚氨酯膠、彈性體膠和丙烯酸膠4類共12款膠粘劑為研究對象，建立了膠粘劑綜合氣味指數(shù)評價體系，并與主觀愉悅度評價結果進行了匹配性分析。研究表明，綜合氣味指數(shù)評價結果不僅與愉悅度評價結果有很好的一致性，且能判別主觀愉悅度維度無法區(qū)分的膠粘劑氣味大小，有實際應用價值。

Study on subjective and objective odor evaluation of adhesive for railway vehicle

Abstract：Taking 12 kinds of adhesives commonly used in railway vehicle as the research object，including neoprene，polyurethane，elastomer and acrylic adhesive，the evaluation system of adhesive composite odor index was established，and the matching analysis was carried out with the evaluation results of subjective pleasure dimension.The results show that the comprehensive odor index evaluation results not only have good consistency with the pleasure evaluation results，but also can distinguish the odor size of adhesives that cannot be distinguished by subjective pleasure dimension，and have good practical application value.

目前，軌道交通行業(yè)膠粘劑氣味評價主要參考汽車標準VDA 270，分6個層級對膠粘劑固化物進行主觀氣味強度評判，簡單快捷，但有時無法準確評判高低，且未將人的心理感受程度考慮進來。（剩余3200字）
