【摘 要】 通過梳理我國三級查房制度存在的缺陷，在汲取主診醫(yī)師負責制優(yōu)點的基礎上，構(gòu)建“重新賦權(quán)—雙評價—雙配套—雙模式”（REDEEM）醫(yī)療管理模式，并從政府、醫(yī)院、科室和主診醫(yī)師個體層面提出實施建議，以促進我國公立醫(yī)院改革和醫(yī)療服務高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Abstract By combing the defects of the three-level ward round system in China， and drawing on the advantages of the attending physician responsibility system， the "Re-Enpowerment， Dual-Evaluation， Dual-Equipment， Dual-Model （REDEEM）" medical management mode was constructed. In order to promote the reform of public hospitals and the high-quality development of medical services in China， some suggestions were put forward from the level of government， hospitals， departments and individual doctors.
