基于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》“營衛(wèi)理論”探討皮膚衰老的病機(jī)及治療策略

【摘 要】 皮膚衰老是內(nèi)外因共同作用導(dǎo)致的皮膚組織衰退及生理功能減退的皮膚狀態(tài)，其發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未完全闡明。文章基于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》“營衛(wèi)理論”，結(jié)合皮膚衰老的特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)研究探討其病機(jī)及治療策略，旨在豐富皮膚衰老病機(jī)的理論內(nèi)涵，探討新的抗衰策略。

Abstract：Skin senescence is a condition of skin tissue decline and physiological function decline caused by internal and external interaction. Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Based on the Yingwei theory of Huangdi Neijing and combined with the characteristics of skin aging， this paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment strategy of skin aging，aiming at enriching the theoretical connotation of skin aging mechanism and exploring treatment methods of skin aging.
