開闔樞罐法理論及其基本應(yīng)用

【摘 要】文章基于《內(nèi)經(jīng)》開闔樞理論及經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說展開研究，結(jié)合臨床實踐，認為針灸、罐法理論同源于經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說，并將中醫(yī)學(xué)三因制宜思想融入罐法應(yīng)用方案，在此基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)立開闔樞罐法理論體系，豐富罐法操作方案，擴大罐法臨床適應(yīng)癥，進一步完善罐法理論與應(yīng)用方案，充實罐法內(nèi)涵。

Theory and Application of Opening and Closing Pivot Pot Method

Abstract：Based on the opening and closing pivot theory and meridian theory in the internal classic，combined with clinical practice，the guiding theory of acupuncture and cupping is considered to be the same as the meridian theory，and the idea of three factors in traditional Chinese medicine is integrated into the application scheme of cupping. On this basis，the theoretical system of opening and closing pivot cupping is established，which enriches the operation scheme of cupping， expands the clinical indications of cupping，further improves the theory and application scheme of cupping，and enriches the connotation of cupping.

拔罐療法經(jīng)歷兩千余年發(fā)展，出現(xiàn)了留罐、閃罐、走罐、針罐、藥罐等操作方法，極大豐富了中醫(yī)藥外治手段，但關(guān)于罐法理論及操作研究尚少，直至近代方有學(xué)者提及針法罐法同理、天人地三部罐法、迪氏罐法、走罐補瀉等內(nèi)容［1-6］，罐法研究仍處于理論匱乏、操作方案不完善等現(xiàn)狀，故有必要開展相關(guān)研究以完善罐法之理論及操作方案。（剩余8567字）
