四神丸湯劑加減治療小兒脾腎陽虛型泄瀉30例臨床觀察

【摘 要】 目的：觀察四神丸湯劑加減應(yīng)用于小兒脾腎陽虛型泄瀉的臨床效果。方法：選取61例脾腎陽虛型泄瀉患兒，隨機(jī)分為對照組30例，予蒙脫石散口服治療;觀察組31例，予四神丸湯劑口服治療，不與其他治療方法聯(lián)用。療程5 d，對治療前后癥狀評分和總有效率進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：對照組治療后癥狀總評分顯著高于觀察組，而總有效率明顯低于觀察組，且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Sishen Pill Decoction in Treating Diarrhea of Spleen-Kidney-Yang Deficiency in Children

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sishen Pill decoction on diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency in children. Methods Sixty-one children with diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into control group （n=30） and observation group （n=31）. The symptom score and total response rate were compared before and after treatment for 5 days. Results The total symptom score of control group was significantly higher than that of observation group， and the total effective rate was significantly lower than that of observation group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Sishen pill decoction has significant curative effect on diarrhea of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency in children， which is worth popularizing.
