仙靈骨葆膠囊TLC鑒別方法研究

【摘 要】 目的： 提高仙靈骨葆膠囊質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法： 采用薄層色譜法對仙靈骨葆膠囊中淫羊藿、續(xù)斷、丹參、補骨脂、知母進行鑒別。結(jié)果： 薄層色譜斑點清晰，陰性對照無干擾。結(jié)論： 建立的方法專屬性強，重現(xiàn)性好，可作為仙靈骨葆膠囊的定性鑒別。

Abstract：Objective  To improve the quality standard of Xianlinggubao Capsules.Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Epimedii folium， Dipsaci radix， Radix et rhizoma， Psoraleae fructus and Anemarrhenaee rhizoma.Results The spotson the TLC plate were clear and the negative control sample didn't disturb.Conclusion The established methods were accurate， reliable， andreproducible， and could be used for the quality control ofXianlinggubao Capsules.
