正畸聯(lián)合口腔修復(fù)治療先天性缺牙的效果

[摘 要]目的 觀察正畸聯(lián)合口腔修復(fù)治療先天性缺牙的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的56例先天性缺牙患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，各28例。對(duì)照組予以牙齒固定橋修復(fù)治療，治療組予以正畸聯(lián)合口腔修復(fù)治療，比較兩組口腔修復(fù)效果、牙齒美學(xué)指標(biāo)及口腔功能。結(jié)果 治療組口腔修復(fù)總有效率為89.29%，高于對(duì)照組的64.29%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Oral Restoration in the Treatment of Congenital Missing Teeth

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with oral restoration in the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods A total of 56 patients with congenital missing teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， with 28 patients in each group. The control group was treated with dental fixed bridge repair， and the treatment group was treated with orthodontics combined with oral restoration. The oral repair effect， dental aesthetic index and oral function were compared between the two groups.
