[摘 要]目的 探究對急性期貝爾氏面癱患者實施針刺治療的效果。方法 選取本院2023年1月-10月收治的60例急性期貝爾氏面癱患者為研究對象，隨機分為對照組和研究組，每組30例。對照組給予常規(guī)治療，研究組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予針刺治療，比較兩組面神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)情況、治療效果、面部殘疾指數(shù)及中醫(yī)證候積分。結(jié)果 研究組治療后面神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)情況優(yōu)于對照組（P

Application Effect of Acupuncture Treatment in Patients with Acute Bell’s Facial Palsy

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture treatment on patients with acute Bell’s facial paralysis. Methods Sixty patients with acute Bell’s facial palsy admitted to our hospital from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment， and the study group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.
