[摘 要]目的 分析牙列缺損伴牙頜畸形患者應(yīng)用正畸聯(lián)合修復(fù)治療的美學(xué)效果。方法 選擇2022年1月-2024年1月潮陽(yáng)創(chuàng)勝口腔門診部收診的60例牙列缺損伴牙頜畸形患者，隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組（n=30）和參考組（n=30）。參考組行修復(fù)治療，試驗(yàn)組行正畸聯(lián)合修復(fù)治療，比較兩組美學(xué)效果、牙齒功能及滿意度。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組牙齒整齊排列、前牙覆蓋、后牙咬合占比高于參考組（P

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of combined orthodontic and restorative treatment for patients with dentition defect with dental deformity. Methods From January 2022 to January 2024， 60 patients with dentition defect and dentofacial deformity were randomly divided into experimental group （n=30） and reference group （n=30）. The reference group was treated with restorative treatment， and the experimental group was treated with combined orthodontic and restorative treatment. The aesthetic effect， tooth function and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
