開窗減壓術(shù)治療口腔頜面部骨囊腫的臨床效果

[摘 要]目的 分析對(duì)口腔頜面部骨囊腫患者應(yīng)用開窗減壓術(shù)治療的效果。方法 選擇本院2022年5月-2023年5月收治的60例口腔面部頜骨囊腫患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組30例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施囊腫刮除術(shù)治療，研究組實(shí)施開窗減壓術(shù)治療，比較兩組臨床療效、臨床指標(biāo)及瘢痕消失率。結(jié)果 研究組治療總有效率為93.33%，高于對(duì)照組的70.00%（P

Clinical Effect of Fenestration Decompression in the Treatment of Oral and Maxillofacial Bone Cyst

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of fenestration decompression in patients with oral and maxillofacial bone cyst. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with cyst curettage， and the study group was treated with fenestration decompression. The clinical efficacy， clincal indicator and scar disappearance rate were compared between the two groups.
