牛黃上清丸在尋常型痤瘡患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

[摘 要]目的 探究牛黃上清丸治療尋常型痤瘡的效果。方法 選擇2022年1月-2023年8月于我院治療的70例尋常型痤瘡患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀(guān)察組，每組35例。對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)西藥口服，觀(guān)察組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用牛黃上清丸治療，比較兩組臨床療效、炎癥因子水平以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀(guān)察組治療總有效率為94.29%，高于對(duì)照組的77.14%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Application Value of Niuhuang Shangqing Pills in Patients with Acne Vulgaris

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Niuhuang Shangqing pill in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 70 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine orally， and the observation group was treated with Niuhuang Shangqing pill on this basis. The clinical efficacy， inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 尋常型痤瘡（acne vulgaris）屬于臨床常見(jiàn)的皮膚病，俗稱(chēng)“青春痘”，該病是由于皮脂代謝異常而導(dǎo)致的毛囊、皮脂腺炎癥，臨床多表現(xiàn)為黑頭粉刺、囊腫、炎性丘疹、白頭粉刺、結(jié)節(jié)等，患者大多是青少年人群，病灶位于面部以及上胸部，致病因與細(xì)菌、炎癥、激素、皮脂、毛囊沉積物等因素密切相關(guān)，還與患者自身飲食習(xí)慣、吸煙等不良生活習(xí)慣、生活壓力等有關(guān)[1，2]。（剩余5596字）
