[摘 要]目的 探討成人痤瘡發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法 選取2022年2月-2023年10月在我院皮膚科門診就診的420例成人痤瘡患者為觀察組，選取同期420名健康體檢者為對(duì)照組，比較兩組一般資料、心理狀態(tài)、性激素水平，并對(duì)影響?zhàn)畀彽囊蛩剡M(jìn)行多因素分析。結(jié)果 兩組不同性別、年齡、是否外用化妝品占比比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；觀察組有家族史占比、焦慮、抑郁、壓力評(píng)分、LH及T水平高于對(duì)照組（P

Analysis of Risk Factors of Acne in Adult

[Abstract]Objective To explore the risk factors of acne in adult. Methods From February 2022 to October 2023， 420 adult acne patients in the dermatology clinic of our hospital were selected as the observation group， and 420 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The general data， psychological status and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared， and the factors affecting acne were analyzed by multivariate analysis. Results There was no significant difference in different genders， ages and the proportion of whether cosmetics were used for external use between the two groups （P>0.05）.
