[摘 要]目的 分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理對(duì)妊娠糖尿病手術(shù)患者切口愈合及美觀性的影響。方法 選擇2022年7月-2023年7月于我院實(shí)施剖宮產(chǎn)的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組50例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施圍術(shù)期護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理，比較兩組切口愈合情況及切口美觀性滿意率。結(jié)果 觀察組甲級(jí)愈合占比高于對(duì)照組，乙級(jí)、丙級(jí)愈合占比低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on wound healing and aesthetics in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing， and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The wound healing and the satisfaction rate of wound aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of grade A healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， and the proportion of grade B and grade C healing was lower than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P
