[摘 要]目的 探究點(diǎn)陣激光聯(lián)合外用曲安奈德治療神經(jīng)性皮炎的臨床效果。方法 選擇我院2022年2月-10月收治的50例神經(jīng)性皮炎患者為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組25例。對(duì)照組給予曲安奈德注射治療，治療組給予點(diǎn)陣激光照射后聯(lián)合曲安奈德涂抹治療，比較兩組癥狀評(píng)分和臨床療效。結(jié)果 治療組皮損紅斑、水腫/浸潤(rùn)/丘疹、鱗屑、苔蘚樣變、瘙癢程度評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P

Clinical Effect of Fractional Laser Combined with Topical Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Neurodermatitis

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of fractional laser combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods Fifty patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from February to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method， with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection， and the treatment group was treated with fractional laser irradiation combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.
