【摘 要】目的 探究光動(dòng)力聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療瘢痕疙瘩的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2019年11月-2021年9月收治的60例瘢痕疙瘩患者作為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，各30例。對(duì)照組予以得寶松局部封閉瘢痕組織治療；試驗(yàn)組予以手術(shù)切除瘢痕組織聯(lián)合光動(dòng)力治療。比較兩組臨床療效以及復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為96.67%，高于對(duì)照組的73.33%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Photodynamic Combined with Surgery in the Treatment of Keloid

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic combined with surgery in the treatment of keloid. Methods A total of 60 patients with keloid admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diprospan local closed scar tissue； the experimental group was treated with surgical resection of scar tissue combined with photodynamic therapy. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared.
