不同磁共振成像技術(shù)對腦部膠質(zhì)瘤的診斷分析

【摘 要】目的 分析不同磁共振成像技術(shù)對腦部膠質(zhì)瘤的診斷效果。方法 選取本院2020年1月-2022年1月收治的60例腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者為研究對象,均接受磁共振彌散加權(quán)成像技術(shù)(MRI-DWI)和磁共振波譜成像技術(shù)(MRS)檢查明確診斷,以手術(shù)病理結(jié)果為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比較兩種檢查技術(shù)的診斷結(jié)果及診斷效能。結(jié)果 MRS檢出率為91.66%,高于MRI-DWI的71.66%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of different magnetic resonance imaging techniques on brain glioma. Methods A total of 60 patients with glioma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were diagnosed by magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (MRI-DWI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of the two techniques were compared with the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard.
