超脈沖二氧化碳點(diǎn)陣激光治療面部凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕的臨床效果

【摘 要】目的 探討應(yīng)用超脈沖二氧化碳點(diǎn)陣激光治療面部凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕的臨床效果。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年4月我院收治的45例面部凹陷性痤瘡瘢痕患者作為研究對象。采用超脈沖二氧化碳點(diǎn)陣激光治療3次，比較治療前及治療后3個(gè)月痤瘡瘢痕權(quán)重評分（ECCA）、臨床療效以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 患者治療后ECCA評分低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scars. 痤瘡（acne）是臨床常見的毛囊皮脂腺單位慢性炎癥性疾病，雖然大部分痤瘡患者最終可以自愈，但超過90%的痤瘡患者遺留不同程度的痤瘡瘢痕，臨床以增生性、凹陷萎縮性以及瘢痕疙瘩等類型較為常見[1-3]，其中凹陷性瘢痕最為常見。（剩余5031字）
