肺部超聲在常見肺系疾病中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】 肺系疾病隨著多種因素作用日益增加，而傳統(tǒng)放射性影像學(xué)檢查具有多種局限性。肺部超聲是一種新興的熱門影像技術(shù)，隨著醫(yī)學(xué)的快速進(jìn)步，其應(yīng)用的越來越廣泛，對多種常見肺系疾病的評估、診斷、預(yù)后均可提供重要的臨床參考依據(jù)。本文就肺部超聲在常見肺系疾病的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展做一綜述。

[Abstract] Lung diseases are increasing with a variety of factors， but the traditional radiographic examination has many limitations. Lung ultrasound is a new and popular imaging technology， with the rapid progress of medicine， it is used more and more widely， which can provide important clinical reference for the evaluation， diagnosis and prognosis of many common lung diseases. This article reviews the progress in the application of pulmonary ultrasound in common lung diseases.

肺系疾病為臨床最常見疾病之一，常見肺系疾病主要涵蓋因肺臟其本身形態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能異常所致的疾病，而隨著人口老齡化、天氣環(huán)境改變、吸煙人群增加等多種因素導(dǎo)致目前肺系疾病的臨床發(fā)病率逐年提高，目前臨床上對常見肺系疾病的診斷“金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”多以放射性影像學(xué)檢查為主，包含胸部X線片、胸部計(jì)算機(jī)體層成像（computed tomography，CT）、高分辨率計(jì)算機(jī)體層成像（high resolution computed tomography，HRCT）等，但因其檢查存在一定量的放射性，故在需要頻繁評估病情時(shí)患者的接受度較低，且對于部分特殊人群（含孕婦、嬰幼兒、行動(dòng)不便者）的檢查存在局限性，因此不具備放射性的肺部超聲在臨床中運(yùn)用越來越普及。（剩余15413字）
