維持性腹透患者腹膜炎相關(guān)危險因素的研究進展

【摘要】 從個體因素、疾病相關(guān)因素、實驗室指標、操作相關(guān)因素及其他相關(guān)因素六方面對維持性腹透患者腹膜炎的相關(guān)危險因素進行綜述，旨在探討國內(nèi)外的研究進展，為防治腹透相關(guān)腹膜炎的發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。

[Abstract] The risk factors related to peritonitis in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis were reviewed from six aspects， including individual factors， disease-related factors， laboratory indicators， operation-related factors and other related factors， in order to discuss the research progress at home and abroad and provide basis for prevention and treatment of peritonitis related to peritoneal dialysis.

腹膜透析（peritoneal dialysis，PD）于1976年由Fried等首次開展以來，經(jīng)過40多年的發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)成為終末期腎臟病的主要替代治療方式之一。（剩余11185字）
