境外輸入性新型冠狀病毒肺炎患者病毒核酸反復(fù)陽性超50天1例報(bào)告

【摘要】新型冠狀病毒肺炎的全球疫情仍然嚴(yán)峻，我國仍面臨境外多渠道持續(xù)輸入和局部暴發(fā)或疫情重現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。各地報(bào)道新型冠狀病毒肺炎臨床康復(fù)者出現(xiàn)反復(fù)核酸陽性長(zhǎng)達(dá)數(shù)月現(xiàn)象。該文對(duì)一例境外輸入病例進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，并探討長(zhǎng)時(shí)期核酸陽性對(duì)疫情防控策略的影響及心理干預(yù)的意義。

【Abstract】The global epidemic of COVID-19 is still severe， and China still faces the risk of continuous importation from overseas through multiple channels and local outbreaks or epidemic recurrence. It is reported that clinically recovered COVID-19 patients have been repeatedly positive for nucleic acid for several months. This paper summarizes and analyzes an imported case， and discusses the influence of long-term positive nucleic acid on epidemic prevention and control strategies and the significance of psychological intervention.
