Detection rate of sleep disorders in pregnant women in China:a Meta-analysis

Abstract Objective:To systematically evaluate the detection rate of sleep disorders in pregnant women in China.Methods:Literature on the prevalence of sleep disorders in pregnant women in China was retrieved from VIP,CNKI,CBM,WanFang Database,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,PsycINFO.The search period was from the establishment of the database to February 2023.After literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction by two researchers,Stata 16.0 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 52 articles were included,involving 51 859 pregnant women.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the detection rate of sleep disorders in pregnant women in China was 42.8%(95%CI 38.3%-47.4%).Subgroup analysis results showed that pregnant women<35 years old,education level of junior high school or below,living in urban areas,western areas,zero births,gestational age ≥28 weeks,history of abortion,pregnancy complications or complications,and depressive symptoms had a higher rate of sleep disorders.In addition,in terms of study design,the higher the PSQI classification criteria,the lower the detection rate of sleep disorders in pregnant women.Conclusion:The existing evidence shows that the detection rate of sleep disorders in pregnant women in China is relatively high.The detection rate of sleep disorder in pregnant women was different by age,education level,different source population,gestational age,birth time,abortion history,pregnancy complications or complications,depressive symptoms and PSQI classification criteria.
