腦白質(zhì)高信號與認(rèn)知功能障礙相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 腦白質(zhì)高信號（WMH）是腦小血管病的影像學(xué)標(biāo)志之一，近年來研究顯示W(wǎng)MH與認(rèn)知功能障礙存在相關(guān)性。該文主要就WMH形成機(jī)制、WMH與認(rèn)知功能的關(guān)系、WMH引起認(rèn)知功能障礙的機(jī)制等方面進(jìn)行綜述，以期進(jìn)一步深入了解WMH與認(rèn)知功能障礙的關(guān)系。

【Abstract】 White matter hyperintensity （WMH） is one of the imaging markers of cerebral small vessel disease （CSVD）. Recent studies have found certain relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment. In this article，the mechanism of WMH formation，the relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment，the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction caused by WMH were reviewed，aiming to deepen the understanding of the relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment.
