醫(yī)聯(lián)體視域下地市級公立醫(yī)院人力資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展探析
【摘要】 醫(yī)聯(lián)體建設(shè)是醫(yī)改的重要組成部分,是推行分級診療的重要舉措,而人力資源是醫(yī)聯(lián)體高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的核心要素。以某地市為例,分析醫(yī)聯(lián)體內(nèi)人力資源發(fā)展優(yōu)勢及存在的不足,探索人力資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展有效途徑,有利于醫(yī)療資源上下貫通,提升醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系整體效能。

Analysis on the sustainable development of human resources in municipal public hospitals from the perspective of medical alliance Shi Zhijiang. Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Heze 274002, China
【Abstract】 The construction of medical union is an important part of medical reform and an important measure to carry out graded diagnosis and treatment, and human resource is the core element of the efficient operation of medical union. Taking a city as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of human resource development in medical union and explores effective ways for sustainable development of human resource, which is conducive to connecting medical resources from top to bottom and improving the overall efficiency of medical service system.

當(dāng)前,地市級公立醫(yī)院發(fā)展面臨著機(jī)遇也存在困境,主要問題是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源發(fā)展不均衡,缺少高層次人才和核心醫(yī)療技術(shù),患者更趨向和依賴于省級以上公立醫(yī)院和知名度較高的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。(剩余4254字)
