淺議蛇串瘡的辨證分型

【摘要】  目前蛇串瘡的相關(guān)文章較多，但其分型一直較混亂，存在三個相近的證型：肝經(jīng)濕熱證、肝膽濕熱證、肝經(jīng)郁熱證，通過查閱相關(guān)書籍、資料、指南、數(shù)據(jù)庫以及結(jié)合臨床實際情況等進(jìn)行了論述，以明其證型，望后來者在以后蛇串瘡證型的論述中勿再錯誤論述。

【Abstract】  There are many articles about herpes zoster， but its typology has been very confusing， and there are three similar types of evidence： liver meridian damp-heat evidence， liver and gallbladder damp-heat evidence， and liver meridian depression-heat evidence， which have been discussed by reviewing relevant books， materials， guidelines， databases， and combined with the actual clinical situation， in order to clarify its evidence type， and we hope that future scholars will not use similar erroneous statements in the discussion of herpes zoster evidence type.

蛇串瘡是一種常見的中醫(yī)外科及皮膚科疾病，相當(dāng)于西方現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)中的帶狀皰疹，主要表現(xiàn)為成簇狀的水皰沿身體一側(cè)呈條帶狀分布，猶如蛇行，且疼痛劇烈。（剩余5837字）
