梨遺傳連鎖圖譜研究進(jìn)展
摘 要: 梨樹很多農(nóng)藝性狀為數(shù)量性狀,遺傳規(guī)律的研究相對(duì)滯后,因此傳統(tǒng)培育方法挖掘梨品種優(yōu)良性狀周期長。構(gòu)建梨高密度遺傳連鎖圖譜,可以對(duì)其優(yōu)良性狀進(jìn)行基因定位。國內(nèi)外目前已經(jīng)構(gòu)建了多張梨遺傳圖譜,但是高質(zhì)量的遺傳圖譜嚴(yán)重不足,因此開發(fā)覆蓋整個(gè)基因組的高密度分子標(biāo)記,構(gòu)建高密度遺傳圖譜是至關(guān)重要的。

Advances in genetic linkage map of pear

Abstract: Some agronomic traits of pear are quantitative traits, and the study of genetic law is relatively backward, so the period of traditional breeding for pear varieties is long. High-density genetic linkage map of pear was constructed, which can be used for gene mapping of its good traits. At present, many pear genetic maps have been constructed at home and abroad, but the high-quality genetic maps are not enough, so it is very important to develop high-density molecular markers covering the whole genome to construct high-density genetic maps.

梨( Pyrus spp),薔薇科(Rosaceae Juss)梨屬(Pyrus)植物,栽培歷史悠久,營養(yǎng)豐富,素有“百果之宗”的美稱,且我國梨資源和品種供應(yīng)量在全球的總體供應(yīng)量中占首位 [1-2] 。(剩余8918字)
