線上開(kāi)展2022年上海市西醫(yī)臨床藥師在職規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐與思考

摘 要 受到新型冠狀病毒感染疫情的影響，2022年上海市西醫(yī)臨床藥師在職規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)工作轉(zhuǎn)至線上進(jìn)行，順利地完成了對(duì)77名學(xué)員的培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)結(jié)果得到學(xué)員和帶教老師的一致認(rèn)可。本文介紹這次在線培訓(xùn)的開(kāi)展和完成情況，為今后完善臨床藥師在職規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)提供參考與借鑒。

Practices and reflections on the online in-service standardized training of Western medicine clinical pharmacists in Shanghai in 2022

ABSTRACT The in-service standardized training of Western medicine clinical pharmacists in Shanghai was transferred to online in 2022 due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic. The training of 77 trainees was successfully completed， and the training results were unanimously recognized by both the trainees and the instructors. This article describes the framework and completion of this online training so as to provide more thoughts and reference for improving the in-service standardized training of clinical pharmacists in the future.
