EpiData軟件在數(shù)據(jù)庫合并和質(zhì)控中的應(yīng)用

摘 要 本文在應(yīng)用EpiData軟件完成創(chuàng)建臨床研究電子數(shù)據(jù)庫的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)介紹如何基于EpiData軟件開展EpiData數(shù)據(jù)庫的橫向合并和縱向合并，并介紹如何將雙遍錄入的結(jié)果進(jìn)行一致性核對，提高數(shù)據(jù)庫中數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量，從而為后續(xù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、圖表繪制及高水平臨床研究成果發(fā)表奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Application of EpiData software in the consolidation and quality control of database

ABSTRACT Based on the application of EpiData software to complete the creation of an electronic database of clinical studies， this article focuses on how to merge and append EpiData database based on EpiData software and introduces how to check the consistency of the double-entry results to improve the quality of the data in the database， thus laying a foundation for the subsequent statistical analyses， charting， and publication of high-level clinical research results.
