范孝叁教授辨治帶狀皰疹性神經(jīng)痛臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘 要】 文章總結(jié)范孝叁教授治療帶狀皰疹性神經(jīng)痛的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，范孝叁教授以治病求本、整體治療為原則，從三焦、濕、虛、瘀等立論治療本病，活用經(jīng)方，形成了規(guī)范的診療思路，認(rèn)為本病主要病機(jī)為濕蘊(yùn)三焦、寒濕阻絡(luò)、氣滯血瘀、肝陰不足，在辨證論治的同時(shí)配合中醫(yī)特色外治，療效甚佳。

Abstract：By summarizing his experience in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia， Professor Fan Xiaosan flexibly adopted a classical prescription to treat this disease with the theories of triple energizers， dampness， deficiency， stasis and so on， based on the principles of treating disease from the root and holistic therapy and formed a series of standard diagnosis and treatment ideas， considering that the main pathogenesis of this disease is the accumulated dampness of triple energizers， cold-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome， Qi-stagnation and blood stasis， deficiency of kidney-Yin， the curative effect is very good by combing with treatment based on syndrome differentiation and external treatment with TCM （traditional Chinese medicine） characteristics.
