柴胡藥用植物資源研究進展

【摘要】柴胡具有抗抑郁、抗驚厥、抗腫瘤、保肝利膽、解熱抗炎等藥理作用，其化學成分復雜，含有皂苷、揮發(fā)油、黃酮、多糖、炔類等多種化學成分?，F(xiàn)在市場柴胡主要來源為栽培柴胡，品種混亂，質(zhì)量良莠不齊。文章針對柴胡的種質(zhì)資源、化學成分與藥理活性的研究進展進行綜述，為今后柴胡的進一步研究與發(fā)展提供依據(jù)與參考。

3.NMPA Key Laboratory for Quality Control of TCM，Lanzhou 730070，ChinaAbstract：There are harmacological effects in Bupleurum，such as anti-depression，anti-convulsion，antineopastic，cholagogue，antipyretic effect and anti-inflammatory effect.In addition，it has complex chemical ingredients，which contains saponins，volatile oils，flavonoids，polysaccharides，alkynes and other chemical components.The cultivated Bupleurum，which has chaotic varieties and uneven quality，is now the main source of Bupleurum on the market.This article reviews the germplasm resources，chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Bupleurum，providing the basis and reference for further research and development in the future.
