周長征教授基于絡(luò)病理論運用藤蟲類藥治療慢性筋骨病經(jīng)驗

【摘 要】 慢性筋骨病為骨傷科常見病、多發(fā)病，醫(yī)療負擔重，對患者日常生活影響大。文章介紹周長征教授基于絡(luò)病理論，以通絡(luò)為治療大法，運用藤蟲類藥治療慢性筋骨病的臨床經(jīng)驗，附驗案兩則，以期對臨床診治有所啟發(fā)。

Abstract：Chronic osteopathy is a common and frequently occurring disease in orthopedics department， which has heavy medical burden and great impact on patients' daily life. Based on the theory of collateral diseases， Professor Zhou Changzheng's clinical experience in treating chronic musculoskeletal diseases with rattan and insect drugs is introduced in this paper. Two proven cases are attached in order to enlighten the clinical diagnosis and treatment.

慢性筋骨病是由脊柱、四肢的骨骼、關(guān)節(jié)、軟組織退變和代謝異常，導致筋骨動靜力失衡，引起全身或局部疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)活動受限、肢體麻木等癥狀的系列疾病的總稱，是骨傷科常見病、多發(fā)病[1]。（剩余7281字）
