切開(kāi)法重瞼成形術(shù)后早期不良反應(yīng)及其治療進(jìn)展

[摘要]重瞼成形術(shù)是亞洲人群整形外科中最常見(jiàn)的面部美容手術(shù)之一，雖然手術(shù)方式不斷探索更新，但切開(kāi)法一直應(yīng)用最為廣泛。但術(shù)后早期出現(xiàn)的疼痛、腫脹、瘀青和后期瘢痕形成等不良反應(yīng)，嚴(yán)重影響患者的日常生活和社會(huì)交往。本文就重瞼術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)以及其治療進(jìn)展展開(kāi)綜述。

Abstract： Blepharoplasty is the most common facial cosmetic surgery in plastic surgery in Asia. Although the surgical methods have been updated，the incision method is more versatile.Early postoperative patients may experience severe adverse effects， including pain， swelling， bruising and postoperative scarring， which affect their daily life and social interactions.This article will review the adverse reactions after double eyelid surgery and the progress in the treatment of adverse reactions.
