無花果加工品研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：無花果有富硒水果之王的美譽(yù)，其加工品屬于富硒產(chǎn)品。從富硒無花果食用價值、藥用價值的挖掘，富硒產(chǎn)品的加工利用等方面，總結(jié)了國內(nèi)當(dāng)前無花果加工品的開發(fā)研究成果，對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐遇到的問題提出了建議。

Research progress in figs processing products

Abstract：Figs are known as the king of selenium-rich fruits. The processed figs are selenium-rich products. This paper summarized the development and research results of the se-enriched figs in China from the aspects of their edible and medicinal value， and the processing and utilization of se-enriched figs， some suggestions on the research of product processing were put forward.
