長白山池北區(qū)出租車運力預(yù)測及管理策略

摘  要：長白山池北區(qū)出租車行業(yè)存在運力供應(yīng)不足和收費不透明等問題，收集池北區(qū)經(jīng)濟、人口、交通運輸?shù)痊F(xiàn)狀數(shù)據(jù)，對出租車運力規(guī)模進行預(yù)測，針對不同情況運用空駛率法和多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型預(yù)測出租車運力需求。該文從運力和管理等方面，提出現(xiàn)實條件下出租車的管理策略。

Abstract： There are some problems in the taxi industry in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains， such as insufficient supply of transport capacity and opaque charges. The current data of economy， population and transportation in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains are collected， and the scale of taxi capacity is predicted. According to different situations， the empty driving rate method and multi-objective programming model are used to predict taxi capacity demand. From the aspects of transport capacity and management， this paper puts forward the management strategy of taxi under realistic conditions.
