Abstract: This paper introduces in detail the design methods and steps of the primary worm reducer, which not only satisfies the strength and stiffness, but also makes it have good processability. After consulting the relevant manual, through a large number of real data and formulas, a complete set of methods for designing worm reducer is described, which provides reference for the reducer designers.
