人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)應(yīng)用中的倫理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其規(guī)避方法

摘要：人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展與廣泛應(yīng)用不僅給人們的生活和工作帶來(lái)了便利，還面臨著隱私安全、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全、公平性等倫理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。引發(fā)此類倫理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的原因在于相關(guān)法律不健全、人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)不完善、個(gè)人隱私保護(hù)意識(shí)薄弱與算法歧視。為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展，文章針對(duì)以上倫理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了規(guī)避方法。

Abstract：The rapid development and wide application of face recognition technology not only brings convenience to people's life and work， but also faces ethical risks such as privacy security，property security， and fairness. The reasons for such ethical risks are imperfect relevant laws，imperfect face recognition technology， weak awareness of personal privacy protection， and algorithmic discrimination method.
