油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心的信息化建設(shè)研究

摘要：文章深入分析了某油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心引入新型信息化建設(shè)的實(shí)際成果并考察實(shí)際工作中油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心的建設(shè)情況闡述了在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工監(jiān)控、指令下達(dá)等方面應(yīng)當(dāng)如何有效引入信息化建設(shè)從而使得油田生產(chǎn)指揮系統(tǒng)能夠納入整體指揮系統(tǒng)中最終建設(shè)一個(gè)多功能的現(xiàn)代化油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心完成油田生產(chǎn)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、高效運(yùn)行、適時(shí)指導(dǎo)和應(yīng)急管控以促進(jìn)信息化平臺(tái)的建設(shè)最終打造一個(gè)智慧化的生產(chǎn)流程綜合性的油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心不僅要具備指揮功能而且應(yīng)當(dāng)注重反饋功能的建設(shè)通過(guò)可視化顯示來(lái)掌握油田建設(shè)的進(jìn)度并通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程遙感等技術(shù)完成對(duì)地面生產(chǎn)建設(shè)畫面的反饋從而實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的數(shù)字化促進(jìn)油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心全部轉(zhuǎn)入線上模式最終實(shí)現(xiàn)不同資源、不同信息、不同數(shù)據(jù)的集中管理進(jìn)而提高油田生產(chǎn)指揮中心的運(yùn)行和建設(shè)效率

Research on informatization construction of oilfield production command center

Abstract：This paper deeply analyzes the actual results of the introduction of new information construction in an oilfield production command center， examines the construction of the oilfield production command center in the actual work process， and analyzes how to effectively introduce information in terms of on-site construction monitoring and instruction issuance. Therefore，the production command system of the oilfield can be integrated into an overall command system，and finally a multi-functional modern oilfield production command center can be built to complete the real-time monitoring， efficient operation， timely guidance and emergency control of oilfield production. The construction of the platform can finally create an intelligent production process. A comprehensive oilfield production informatization command center should not only have command functions， but also pay attention to the construction of feedback functions， grasp the progress of oilfield construction through visual display， and provide feedback on the screen of surface production construction through the completion of new technologies such as remote sensing， so as to realize the digitization of resources， promote the transition of all production command centers to the online mode， and finally realize the centralized management of different resources， different information， and different data， and improve the operation and construction efficiency of oilfield production command centers.
