摘要：介紹了一種制動(dòng)盤高頻感應(yīng)淬火處理方法，針對(duì)制動(dòng)盤的使用要求確定淬火方式，再根據(jù)表面淬火的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)感應(yīng)器，并設(shè)計(jì)工裝實(shí)現(xiàn)工件的裝夾，成功完成了對(duì)制動(dòng)盤的感應(yīng)淬火。

Abstract： This paper introduces a high frequency induction hardening treatment method for brake disc. According to the application requirements of brake disc， the quenching method is determined， and then the sensor is designed according to the characteristics of surface quenching， and the workpiece is designed to achieve the induction hardening of brake disc.

我公司以前制動(dòng)盤的熱處理方法是在鹽爐中靠人工回轉(zhuǎn)著局部淬火，費(fèi)事費(fèi)力，且鹽爐污染嚴(yán)重，已經(jīng)關(guān)停。（剩余2469字）
