河南省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心平臺(tái)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策

摘 要：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)是新時(shí)期技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的重要保障。通過梳理河南省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)的相關(guān)政策，分析河南省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀，指出建設(shè)中存在的問題，并提出了建立完善的政策體系、凝聚科技創(chuàng)新人才、深化產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合創(chuàng)新體系的發(fā)展建議，為河南省在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心等創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)體系的建設(shè)布局提供支持。

The Status Quo and Development Suggestions of Henan Province Technology Innovation Center Platform Construction

Abstract：The construction of the technological innovation center is an important guarantee for technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the new era.Through combing the policies of Henan Province on the construction of technological innovation centers，analyzing the status quo of the construction of Henan Province Technological Innovation Center，pointing out the problems existing in the construction.Therefore，this article puts forward the development suggestions for establishing a sound policy system，condensing scientific and technological innovation talents，and deepening the in-depth integration of production，education and research into the innovation system.This provides support for Henan Province in the construction and layout of innovation platform systems such as technological innovation centers.
