鐵、錳缺素脅迫對辣椒葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)和反射光譜曲線的影響

摘要:通過智能溫室水培分別得到缺鐵、缺錳及鐵錳雙缺素的辣椒葉片,再通過對不同缺素水平的辣椒葉片進(jìn)行分析,分別對其葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)與反射光譜曲線進(jìn)行測定,并使用支持向量機(jī)針對出現(xiàn)黃化的葉片建立缺素種類快速診斷模型。結(jié)果表明,葉綠素?zé)晒饧夹g(shù)與高光譜技術(shù)診斷溫室辣椒鐵、錳缺素癥是可行的。

Effects of iron and manganese deficiency stress on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and reflectance spectra curve of pepper

Abstract:Pepper leaves with iron deficiency, manganese deficiency and iron-manganese double deficiency were obtained by hydroponics in the intelligent greenhouse, respectively. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and reflectance spectra of pepper leaves with different levels of deficiency were measured, respectively. The support vector machine was used to establish a rapid diagnosis model for the deficiency types of yellow leaves. The results showed that chlorophyll fluorescence technology and hyperspectral technology were feasible to diagnose iron and manganese deficiency in greenhouse pepper.
