社會資本對鄉(xiāng)村旅游小微企業(yè)經營績效的影響研究

摘要:社會資本被認為是影響企業(yè)經營績效的重要因素。小微企業(yè)是鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中最為活躍的新生力量,其經營績效關系著鄉(xiāng)村旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。通過構建社會資本與鄉(xiāng)村旅游小微企業(yè)的關系模型進行實證研究后發(fā)現:社會資本正向影響鄉(xiāng)村旅游小微企業(yè)經營績效,學習能力在二者之間起到中介作用。

Research on the Influence of Social Capital on the Performance of Small and Micro Enterprises in Rural Tourism

Abstract: Social capital is considered to be an important factor affecting business performance. Small and micro enterprises are the most active new force in the development of rural tourism, and the business performance is related to the sustainable development of rural tourism.Through the empirical research on the relationship model between social capital andsmall and micro enterprises in rural tourism , it is found that social capital has a positive impact on the business performance ofsmall and micro enterprisesin rural tourism, and learning ability plays a mediating role between the two.
