近10年我國礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用水平趨勢

摘 要：通過統(tǒng)計分析了近10年生產(chǎn)集中度、勞動生產(chǎn)率、資源開采效率、選礦水平和礦山廢棄物綜合利用效率等指標，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用總體水平達到歷史高位，這為全面提高資源利用效率、礦業(yè)綠色低碳轉型做出了應有的貢獻。

Trend of Economical and Intensive Utilization of Mineral Resources in China in Recent 10 Years

Abstract： The production concentration， labor productivity， resource exploitation efficiency， beneficiation level and comprehensive utilization efficiency of mine waste in recent 10 years were analyzed  statistically. The results show that the overall level of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources in China has reached a historical high， which has made contributions to comprehensively improving resource utilization efficiency and green and low-carbon transformation of mining industry.

“十二五”以來，自然資源部制定發(fā)布了礦產(chǎn)資源全面節(jié)約和高效利用意見，開展了礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用水平調(diào)查評估試點和制度探索，先進適用技術遴選推廣，“三率”準研建與跟蹤評估，綠色礦山和綠色礦業(yè)示范區(qū)建設、儲量標準改革，礦業(yè)權勘查開采信息公示等一系列工作，礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用管理得到了進一步規(guī)范，礦產(chǎn)資源節(jié)約集約利用水平得到了進一步提升。（剩余4524字）
