Huang Baoqing is Chinese Arts and Crafts Master， Vice Chairman of China National Arts & Crafts Society， and Chairman of Fujian Provincial Arts and Crafts Society. Majoring in sculpture， he graduated from Xiamen Academy of Arts and Design， Fuzhou University in 1980. For more than 40 years， he has devoted to professional design， production and research of sculpture.
