摘    要：本文根據(jù)海上單點(diǎn)系泊輸油系統(tǒng)大尺寸旋轉(zhuǎn)密封設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素，開展作業(yè)海域的氣象水文條件對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)受力的影響，海洋溫度、鹽度環(huán)境和原油類型等對(duì)耐腐蝕性的要求分析，闡述了泛塞密封技術(shù)應(yīng)用于海上單點(diǎn)系泊輸油系統(tǒng)大尺寸旋轉(zhuǎn)密封的設(shè)計(jì)、加工和試驗(yàn)的有關(guān)要求。

Application of Large-sized Rotary Seal Technology in the Field of Offshore Single Point Mooring Oil Transport

Abstract： In this paper， the influence of meteorological and hydrological conditions in the operating sea area on motion and force， as well as the requirements for corrosion resistance such as ocean temperature， salinity environment， and crude oil type were analyzed based on the influencing factors of the design of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems. And the relevant requirements for the design， processing， and testing of large-sized rotating seals for offshore single point mooring oil transport systems by using spring seal technology were elaborated.

1     引言

大尺寸旋轉(zhuǎn)密封技術(shù)是海上單點(diǎn)系泊輸油領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一，也是設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)之一，主要應(yīng)用于單點(diǎn)系泊核心部件旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭上。（剩余4758字）
