超級(jí)電容儲(chǔ)能型直流支撐裝置的研制及其在薄膜行業(yè)的應(yīng)用

摘 要:
針對(duì)薄膜行業(yè)對(duì)電壓暫降治理裝置的需求,研制了超級(jí)電容儲(chǔ)能型直流支撐裝置。介紹超級(jí)電容儲(chǔ)能型直流支撐裝置的工作原理,以及主電路和控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),給出了試驗(yàn)波形。通過(guò)測(cè)試和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,裝置很好地解決了困擾薄膜企業(yè)的電壓暫降導(dǎo)致設(shè)備停機(jī)的問(wèn)題,滿足薄膜行業(yè)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的要求。

Abstract:
In response to the demand for voltage sag mitigation devices in the film industry,a super capacitor energy storage DC support device is developed.The working principle of the super capacitor energy storage DC support device is introduced,and the design of the main circuit and control system is described in detail.The test waveform is also provided.Through test data and field application results,the problem of equipment downtime caused by sag in film enterprises has been well solved,which meet the requirements of continuous production in the film industry.
