人工智能在檔案管理中的應用圖景與風險防范

摘 要：人工智能正驅(qū)動檔案管理向數(shù)字化、智能化轉(zhuǎn)型升級。文章系統(tǒng)分析人工智能在檔案管理中的應用圖景，發(fā)現(xiàn)其面臨著制度風險、技術(shù)風險、倫理風險、監(jiān)管風險，并以“制度先行—技術(shù)集成—倫理規(guī)約—監(jiān)管防控”為邏輯提出應對風險的對策，以期助力人工智能在檔案領(lǐng)域的應用更加科學化、規(guī)范化、合理化。

Prospects and Risk Mitigation of Artificial Intelligence in Archives Management

Abstract： Artificial intelligence is catalyzing the transformation and upgrading of archive management towards digitalization and intelligence. This article systematically analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in archive management and identifies potential risks such as institutional， technological， ethical， and regulatory risks. The logic of "system-first， technology integration， ethical regulations， supervision and prevention" is employed to propose key strategies for managing these risks. This is aimed at facilitating a more scientific， standardized， and rational application of artificial intelligence in archives.
